Chicken Rose Buns <br />Ingredients: <br />For the dough: <br />All purpose flour  2 cups <br />Salt ½ tsp <br />Sugar 1 tbsp. <br />Instant yeast  1 tsp. <br />Milk powder  1 tbsp. <br />Oil 3 tbsp. <br />Egg 1 <br />Lukewarm milk around ¾ cup or as required <br /><br />For the creamy chicken filling: <br />Boiled chicken 250 grams <br />Garlic chopped 1 tsp. <br />Onion chopped 1 medium <br />Oil 2 tbsp. <br />Salt 1 tsp (to taste) <br />Red chilli powder ½ tsp. <br />Black pepper 1 tsp. <br />Tomato paste 2 tbsp. <br />All purpose flour 1 & ½ tbsp. <br />Milk 1 cup <br />Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbsp. <br />Capsicum 1 <br />Mozzarella cheese <br />Egg for egg wash <br />Sesame seeds. <br /><br />Directions <br />Make the dough by combining all the ingredients. <br />Knead it and let it proof in a warm place until doubles in size. <br />For the filling, sauté chopped onion and chopped garlic. <br />Add the shredded chicken, tomato paste, salt, black pepper and chilli garlic sauce. Give it a good mix. <br />Add all purpose flour and stir for some time. <br />Pour in the milk and add capsicum. <br />Mix and let it cook until the milk dries out and filling thickens. <br />Let it cool. <br />After 2 hours, knock out the dough and divide it into equal sized balls. <br />Roll each ball of dough into a medium sized circle. <br />Make 4 diagonal cuts (leaving the middle intact) in the dough as shown in the video. <br />Add chicken filling and Mozzarella cheese in the middle of the rolled out dough. <br />Take one side and cover the side of filling with it, as shown in the video. <br />Now take the other side and cover filling with it. <br />Repeat with the remaining sides. <br />Pinch the loose ends. <br />Let the bread rolls proof again for another half an hour. <br />Brush with eggwash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. <br />For a pop of color, put a slice of sweet red chilli in the middle of the buns. <br />Bake in preheated oven (180°) for 30 minutes.
